Our spicy USA sauce, is a hit with our younger clients.
You can use it neat or mix it with a dash of mayonnaise.
Ideally, use 300 to 350g per kilo of meat: beef, pork or a mixture of both.
Add some freshly chopped onions depending on your mood.
